Associations


Associations play an important role in meeting the technical, social and networking needs of the many industry sectors that comprise the Australian print, packaging and visual communication industry. The majority of these associations operate on a state level and are self managed by voluntary committees. Printing Industries works co-operatively with these groups through various support channels in each state.

Label and Tag Manufacturers Association of Australia (LATMA)

LATMA logoLATMA - the Label and Tag Manufacturers Association of Australia Inc. is the national body that represents suppliers and converters of self-adhesive labels, materials and labelling equipment in Australia. LATMA is represented by all states in the formation of the Executive Committee of LATMA Australia. Lithographic Institute of Australia (L.I.A)

The L.I.A. is a non profit organisation consisting of ambitious, progressive, and highly motivated individuals within the Publishing and Communications industry. They seek to maintain a premium awareness of the leading edge trends and technologies. The Screenprinting & Graphic Imaging Association (SGIAA)

Community Newspapers Australia

The association has two representative divisions - Northern Division comprising Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT - and Southern Division comprising Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. Junior Printing Executives Association of NSW
