Roland DG has carefully curated its 2025 stand to highlight the latest advancements in Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Direct-to-Object (DTO) printing, alongside its solutions for signage and graphics applications.

The showcase will include new technology designed, says Roland DG, to enhance productivity, improve print quality, and open new revenue streams for businesses.

One of the standout innovations on display will be the TY-300 Direct-to-Film Production Transfer Printer with an optional Shaker/Heater Unit.

This full DTF solution, incorporating the latest rip software, DTF film, and powder, enables automated transfer production with image quality and colour depth – which the company says is “ideal” for apparel applications.

The company says that in combining high productivity with cost efficiency, the TY-300 “sets a new standard” for businesses looking to expand into garment decoration.

Visitors will also experience Roland DG’s advanced Direct-to-Object UV printers, which offer unparalleled flexibility by enabling direct printing onto a range of three-dimensional substrates. From the compact VersaStudio desktop models to the high-capacity VersaObject large-format series, the company says these printers provide “exceptional” print resolution and versatility for businesses looking to customise products with high-impact graphics.

Another key highlight will be the newly launched TrueVis XP-640 64” eco-solvent inkjet printer. Designed for speed and precision, Roland DG says the XP-640 delivers “unmatched image quality while maximising productivity”, making it a solution for businesses seeking to streamline their workflow.

A selection of Roland DG’s other award-winning TrueVis wide-format printers – available in UV, latex, and eco-solvent configurations with integrated cutting capabilities – will also be on display, demonstrating their ability to meet the diverse needs of print professionals.

Roland DG will be unveiling several new technologies to the Australian market at PacPrint.
