The company says its investment in colour training supports its commitment to delivering leading quality to its customers in professional colour management services.

As Fogra certified Digital Print Experts (DPE), Fuji Xerox analysts will be able to assess colour and print related issues, and take corrective action to bring systems and processes in control to a set global ISO standard.

Fuji Xerox says, “For printers looking for a sustainable, competitive advantage in 2021 and beyond, the opportunity to offer customers the very best image quality will help them retain and acquire customers who demand extremely high image quality, provide brand consistency across high volume jobs with various media, and beat competitors who simply cannot provide the same quality and speed.”

The Fuji Xerox team will be able to offer customers a profiling service delivered by a professional body, and will also be able to support customers in getting prepared for their own Fogra Certification Validation.

It says its customers will “benefit from optimum press performance as they achieve greater colour accuracy and repeatability”, adding “turnaround times will be greatly decreased, and waste significantly reduced, resulting in cost efficiencies for the business owner and increased satisfaction levels for their own end customer.”

Bruce Murphy, head of GCS Marketing and Business Development at Fuji Xerox Australia said, “We are proud that these 11 people will be part of a Global Colour Expert Hub of more than 40 highly qualified Fogra PSD and G7 Expert Certified analysts. They form part of a comprehensive programme to ensure that Fuji Xerox has highly confident and certified professionals that will continue to provide excellent and quality service to our customers.”

In addition, FXA is committed to extending certification to the epicenter showroom environment. Under the new ISO / TS 15311-2 standard, items such as print room lighting, viewing booths and colour measuring equipment are assessed, and must confirm to specifications. Fuji Xerox Australia says linking file creation, processing, profiling and printing, further demonstrates its commitment to provide end-to-end colour management solutions to its customers.
