Yianni Moratidis, owner of the Wallsend-based business says he purchased the C4080 to replace the three-year-old C2060, and has found that it works twice as well.

“I am really impressed with the C4080's versatile substrate handling and solid colour delivery,” he said.

According to Konica Minolta, the C4080, which prints 81ppm on A4 colour, offers dual sided banner printing, professional inline finishing, high productivity, and "exceptional" print quality with realtime automated quality adjustments.

Moratidis says that Genr8 Printing, which was established in 2008 and prints everything from business cards to brochures, mailer boxes, glass splashbacks and interior décor, is one of the only local printing businesses to print with white ink, from roll-to-roll to rigid substrates.

“Everything is printed in house which allows us to have the best quality control possible,” said Moratidis, confirming that the team at Genr8 can have print ready files processed and printed and ready for pickup or shipping within 48 hours.

The AccurioPress C4080 at Genr8 is be equipped with Konica Minolta’s IQ-501 Intelligent Quality Optimiser option, which according to Konica Minolta is a fully automated, closed-loop quality management tool that performs automatic density correction and front-to-back registration prior to printing.
