PRINT EPS ACQUIRES AVANTI MIS
Print ePS, the print operating unit of the world’s biggest print software developer eProductivity Software, has expanded its portfolio by acquiring the Avanti Systems MIS software from Ricoh.
The move bolsters the Print ePS position in the mid-market print segment, and expands its global technology portfolio.
Avanti was never made available by Ricoh in ANZ, due to local issues including the requirements for postage, but was a significant player in Europe and North America. Print ePS is a major MIS provider in Australia and New Zealand.
According to Print ePS, the addition of Avanti strengthens its ability to meet the growing demand for connected, automated, and highly scalable print MIS platforms.
Print ePS says its suite of cloud-based, AI-powered solutions is designed to drive automation, efficiency, and profitability for print businesses. According to the company its intelligent estimating, scheduling, and data-driven workflow optimisation, enable Print ePS solutions to reduce costs and accelerate production.
