The new exhibitors include Workflowz, Bottcher, Graffica, Prytec, Canson, Kayell Australia, Canon, Ricoh and Jetmark, representing a cross-section of the print, sign, and graphic communications sectors.

The PacPrint organiser said these companies bring local and international expertise, “showcasing world-class innovations” across software, equipment, consumables, and media. From advanced workflow automation to sustainable print technologies and next-generation imaging systems, the breadth of offerings reflects the evolving landscape of the industry.

Workflowz will demonstrate smart integration platforms designed to streamline operations and boost production efficiency - an increasingly vital focus as businesses embrace automation and digital transformation.

Bottcher, well-regarded for its consumables, will highlight its latest eco-friendly solutions that support sustainable printing practices.

Similarly, Graffica is set to present high-precision finishing equipment that exemplifies the rise of smart manufacturing in print production.

Kirsten Taylor, chair of PacPrint 2025, said, “The calibre of companies joining us speaks volumes about the strength and innovation within our industry. From software and sustainability to high-end imaging, these exhibitors are helping drive the transformation of print and packaging in Australasia.”

Prytec will return to the floor with its versatile range of machinery and materials, tailored to the diverse and evolving needs of today’s printers.

On the media front, both Canson and Kayell Australia bring significant expertise in photographic and fine art substrates, supporting the surge in demand for high-quality, personalised printed products.

Canon and Ricoh, global leaders in imaging and document solutions, are also confirmed to showcase breakthrough technologies in digital print and automation - reaffirming the show’s role as a platform for market-leading innovation.

“We know that businesses attending PacPrint are looking for new ways to grow, innovate, and future-proof their operations,” Taylor added. “These exhibitors are at the forefront of those solutions, and their presence ensures visitors will have access to the latest thinking and tools available globally.”

In addition to product showcases, PacPrint 2025 will offer a robust programme of keynote presentations, panel discussions, and technical demonstrations, all designed to inform and inspire attendees.

The event is also co-located with Visual Impact and the Label & Packaging Expo, expanding opportunities for collaboration and discovery across related sectors. “PacPrint 2025 is more than a trade show - it’s a space where ideas are shared, partnerships are formed, and the future of our industry takes shape,” Taylor said. “We’re proud to provide a platform that brings together innovation, insight, and community in one venue.”

With thousands of visitors anticipated from across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific, the organiser said PacPrint 2025 promises to be a must-attend event for anyone invested in the future of print. Registration is free for industry professionals, click here to register.
