Visual Impact 2026 in Sydney is now taking shape rapidly, with prime positions under the Sydney Showground’s Dome filling fast, and more industry suppliers stepping up to sponsor the event.
Visual Connections, the event’s host and organiser, says numerous companies have confirmed their participation in the last couple of weeks, with others in discussions to secure a stand.
Epson has taken out a Gold Sponsorship, while SAS Suppliers Group is a Silver Sponsor. Other confirmed exhibitors include Roland DG, Graphic Art Mart, Mimaki, HP, Additive Machines, ADM Systems, Ball & Doggett, MulticamSystems, Mutoh Australia, Pozitive Sign & Graphics Supplies, SA-LED Australia, Shanghai Totem Exhibition Co, Shann Group and Stick-on-Signs.
Shireen Da Costa, exhibition & events manager at Visual Connections, says, “It’s exciting to see the floorplan gradually fill with exhibitors that represent a real cross-section of products and services for the industry, and to get our first real impression of what the show will look like. Just over the past couple of weeks, a number of key suppliers have finalised their stand locations, and we are close to finalising discussions with many others, which is a great position to be in six months out from the show. Epson has recently secured a prime position adjacent to The Hub at the centre of the exhibition space, providing another major destination for visitors, and SAS, Finance@Work, Interone and Ecolease have also confirmed bookings in recent days.”
Karren Challoner-Miles, CEO of Visual Connections, says, “It’s particularly pleasing to have Epson join Mimaki, Graphic Art Mart and HP as a Gold Sponsor, and SAS showing their support with a Silver Sponsorship. Without the support of leading companies like these, and of course our Platinum Sponsor Roland DG, industry events like Visual Impact simply wouldn’t be possible. As the association representing suppliers to the sector, we are very conscious that it is invariably they who step up to provide this support, and we thank each of these companies for demonstrating their commitment to the industry in this way.”
Da Costa adds, “The traditional ‘prime real-estate’ along the central corridor is definitely moving fast, but the circular design of this show means that the traffic flow should be good throughout the Dome so, whatever sized stand you want, we’ll be able to find you a great position.”
Visual Impact Conference and Expo 2026 will be held at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, from 2–4 September 2026.
Co-located events include the inaugural Connect Conference for business owners and senior leadership, the 2026 ASGA National Sign and Graphics Awards on Thursday 3 September, and a series of Make it Happen Signage Bootcamps.
