FPLMA charity golf day back on to support kids
The annual Flexible Packaging & Label Manufacturers Association (FPLMA) charity golf day is back on Thursday, 24 March, and this year all funds raised will go to Westmead Children’s Neurology & Neurosurgery Department.
The golf day runs after the association's annual conference, which is set to run tomorrow and Friday, with the awards on Friday night.
The yearly charity event is set to take place at Carnarvon Golf Club in Lidcombe, with registrations opening from 11:30am on the day, followed by a light lunch shotgun start at 12:30pm.
Also scheduled will be drinks and dinner after the game, with a presentation to the winners set, along with an overview from neurologist at Westmead Children’s on how the donation will be used.
Tickets are now on sale from the FPLMA website, and costs (includes dinner and golf) $135 for a single player and $440 for a team of four.
A limited number of carts will be available to hire for $55. And for those interested in sponsoring a hole, that will cost you $300.
