The event, sponsored by Ball & Doggett, Cactus Imaging, Durst, Dic, Oral and Bright Print Group was well attended, where NSW patron of Women in Print, Debbie Burgess welcomed the gathering, thanked the sponsors, and highlighted the importance of connection across the industry, before introducing guest speaker Kirstene Ciappara.

Ciappara, a career development graduate and life purpose coach, has a background in secondary teaching and is focused on helping people to find their passion and realise their natural talents.

She kicked off the interactive session with a discussion entitled "How to unlock your hidden talents", sharing her insights on the subject, before moving on to unpack six key archetypes of her own compilation, tailored for self-discovery.

The archetypes were detailed in a take-home handbook of the same name, and became the subject of a lively group banter, facilitated by Ciappara, who emphasised how powerful it is when talent meets passion and purpose.

The evening closed on a high note, with door prizes awarded to several lucky winners, and each attendee taking home the book, Lisa: A memoir by Lisa Curry.

Launched two years ago and held virtually, the Print & Prosecco events have only just moved to in-person gatherings this year. They were well attended in Melbourne and Adelaide this month. The Brisbane event, the last in the series, will be held on Wednesday 19 October at The Lawn in Kangaroo Point.

Sponsors and industry supporters, including Ball & Doggett, Breen Printing, Bright Print Group, Cactus Imaging, Creative Juices SA, DIC, Durst, IVE Group, MCC Labels, Orofol, PKN, Print21, Print Media Group, QLM Label Makers and Spicers have stepped up across all the events this year.
