WrapFest 2026 (19 – 22 May 2026, Gran Via, Fira de Barcelona) is set to provide a platform for experts and professionals across the wrapping industry to exchange knowledge, discover the latest innovations and explore the trends that are shaping the future of the industry.

Co-located for the first time with Fespa Global Print Expo and its co-located events (European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, and the brand-new Corrugated and Textile), the event will offer attendees a comprehensive overview of cross-sector opportunities within print, signage, personalisation, and beyond.

WrapFest will provide visitors with access to over 2000m² of exhibition space, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of products, solutions, media and consumables for the vehicle wrapping and vinyl applications market, including window film, garage design and interiors, laminating machinery, vinyl cutting and finishing, inks, printable films, ramps and lifts.

APA, Antalis, Arlon, Carlas, Hexis, LX Hausys, GSWF, Legend PPF and SOIF are among the confirmed exhibitors for the event, all of whom will showcase an array of technologies and software.

World Wrap Masters

The World Wrap Masters European and Series Final competitions will also run within WrapFest, and will be judged by industry experts Ole Solskin, Kiss Lajos, Penelope Garrido, Ivan Tenchev, Carlos Ruiz and Paige Walton.

World Wrap Masters Europe runs on day 1-2 sees vehicle wrappers from across Europe go head-to-head to wrap a variety of special objects and vehicles, while day 3-4 will see regional champions battling to be crowned World Wrap Masters 2026 champion in the global series final.

Visitors will also be able to join the free-to-attend WrapTalks sessions across all four days of the event.

Throughout a series of panel discussions, visitors will gain detailed insights into the latest trends and challenges within the industry, as well as learn about how they can expand their business.

“We are pleased that WrapFest 2026 will take place alongside our flagship global events this year,” said Duncan MacOwan, Fespa’s head of marketing and events.

“As part of our ongoing commitment to expanding the Fespa community through meaningful connection, inspiration and support, we are confident that this integration will provide visitors with enhanced opportunities to engage across multiple sectors.”

According to MacOwan, since its launch in 2023, WrapFest has established itself as a key meeting point for wrapping professionals, which offers valuable insights into the latest trends and innovations across the sector.

“It has consistently enabled attendees to identify and capitalise on opportunities that drive business growth and we are confident that bringing these events together will further strengthen this impact,” he continued. “We look forward to integrating the industry even further in Barcelona this May.”
