The HP 2022 National Sign & Graphics Awards has seen the highest number of entries since its commencement in 2008 – receiving 478 entries across 22 categories.

Entries came from across the country, from Townsville to Perth, and some from New Zealand.

With the judging process over, Australian Sign & Graphics Association  member liaison and events manager, Michael Punch, is keeping details of the winners closely guarded, as he finalises details of the Awards presentation.

The Awards dinner will be held at the Aviary Crown, Crown Melbourne during PacPrint, on Tuesday 28 June, with Australian stand-up comedian, actor, and TV and radio presenter, Dave Thornton, set to MC the evening.

“The presentation dinner will showcase the winning entries as the winners are announced,” said Punch.

“With outstanding entries across all categories reflecting exceptional technique, creativity and engineering feats, and a highly entertaining Dave Thornton presenting the Awards, this dinner promises to be a fantastic night for all.

“Even if you did not enter the Awards, if you are attending PacPrint, why not come along and be inspired as you enjoy an industry celebratory drinks and dinner at the Crown Casino?

“The rooftop venue is world-class, with Melbourne city lights forming the backdrop, and it presents a great opportunity to network with peers and colleagues, and to see what others are doing across the many areas that make up the sign industry.”
