Konica Minolta is well known for its committment to diversity and inclusion, and for this International Women’s Day, will be celebrating all of the inspirational women within the company.

Staff are being encouraged to wear a touch of purple for the day and will hear from Sue Threlfo, GM Production and Industrial Print, who will share her journey and career highlights as a female leader within Konica Minolta.

She said, "I am delighted to be a part of our celebrations for International Womens Day 2021 at Konica Minolta. It is great to be working for an organisation that is committed to diversity and inclusion. I am pleased to say our industry has come a long way since I first joined, and I am looking forward to celebrating the contribution of inspirational women within our business on Monday.”

There is also a morning tea for all staff nationally, and they are invited to send a video with an inspirational quote.

International Women’s Day has been running since 1911. 1 For this year’s event, women and men are invited to share under the hashtag #ChooseToChallenge to call out gender bias and inequality.
