Agfa has received two 2026 Pinnacle Product Awards from PRINTING United Alliance for its Onset Panthera FB3216 press and MAX automation ecosystem for the Jeti Tauro platform.
The Onset Panthera FB3216 won the RTR/Hybrid/Flatbed New Technology category, while the MAX automation system for the Jeti Tauro platform received the award in the Non-Output – Automation Equipment category.
Designed for sign, display and packaging applications, the Onset Panthera FB3216 is a flatbed press capable of speeds of up to 1,514m² per hour or 295 beds per hour. It features an integrated LED curing system that enables gloss control without varnish and uses Agfa's Thin Ink Layer technology, which the company says reduces ink consumption and energy use. Optional automation includes a laytable or autoloader with loading and unloading robots.
The MAX automation ecosystem for the Jeti Tauro H3300 platform combines hybrid printing with robotic substrate handling, motorised media guides, and rigid and roll-to-roll production. The system supports up to 150 robotic load cycles per hour and handles substrates including corrugated board, plastics and paper in formats up to 2.1m x 3.3m. When paired with Agfa's MAX Flex RTR module, it allows switching between rigid and roll media.

Agfa will demonstrate both award-winning systems at the PRINTING United Expo, taking place from 23-25 September at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
