The Australian Sign & Graphics Association (ASGA) has released its 2026 Employment Guide, a 70-page resource covering employment laws, workplace obligations and templates for member businesses.
Produced with Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors, the guide includes information on wage and pay rates, leave entitlements, casual employees, terminations and redundancies, bullying, and the Right to Disconnect legislation.
It also provides guidance on determining the appropriate award and employee classification levels, along with sections covering wage summaries, long service leave, annual leave, personal leave, compassionate leave, parental leave, the Small Business Fair Dismissal Code and vehicle use.
The guide includes an Employment Agreement, a template Workplace Drug & Alcohol Policy and a template Social Media Policy.
The 2026 Employment Guide is available to ASGA members through the Member Portal on the association's website.
According to ASGA, the guide complements its legal and employment resources, which include more than 350 policies, procedures, documents and templates, as well as more than 400 workplace health and safety policies, procedures, checklists and templates developed with ASSA.
