Ball & Doggett, in partnership with ePS, says the deal will lead the digital transformation in the print industry. It says that by combining Ball & Doggett's extensive product portfolio with the ePS cloud-enabled eCommerce, print MIS and ERP solutions, the collaboration will empower print companies to embrace cutting-edge technologies to drive revenue growth, and achieve greater operational efficiency.

According to the company customers can enjoy single supplier sourcing for a variety of their operational needs from software solutions to equipment and consumables.

The ePS award-winning MarketDirect eCommerce and web-to-print platform will be offered by Ball & Doggett, providing customers with what the company says is a streamlined and user-friendly online platform for ordering print materials and services. It says this will enhance the overall customer experience and facilitate efficient communication between print companies and their clients.

Ball & Doggett will leverage ePS’ industry-specific point software solutions tailored for the print industry, to bring solutions to its customers for the challenges faced by print companies, providing them, it says, with tools to drive profitability, reduce costs, and successfully navigate transformations.

Rob Brussolo GM for Sign Display & Digital at Ball & Doggett commented, "Our collaboration with eProductivity Software represents a significant step forward for Ball & Doggett. As Australia's largest distributor, we are committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends. This partnership allows us to offer top-tier materials and equipment, and also advanced digital solutions, that empower our customers in the rapidly evolving print landscape."
