Ball & Doggett has opened its new Experience Hub in Brendale, Brisbane, which is designed to provide customers with a hands-on opportunity to explore, test, and compare a wide range of print and finishing technologies.

The Experience Hub represents Ball & Doggett’s commitment to innovation and customer support in the evolving sign, display, and packaging markets.

The Experience Hub currently has a diverse lineup of equipment available for demonstrations – from wide-format printers, finishing equipment, CNC routers and lasers, and DTF printers and heat presses. More equipment will be added leading up to the Grand Opening in February 2026.

In addition to the equipment, the Experience Hub will also have a selection of consumables and substrates, allowing visitors to experience full workflow demonstrations from print through to finishing.

“The Experience Hub is all about empowering our customers to make informed decisions,” said Rob Brussolo, GM Sign, Display and Digital at Ball & Doggett.

“There’s no substitute for seeing machines in action – understanding their capabilities, quality, and productivity firsthand helps customers select the right solution for their business.”

Open to customers by appointment, the Experience Hub offers an interactive environment where printers, converters, and graphics professionals can gain insight into the latest print technologies and applications.

“We’ve brought together an incredible range of equipment under one roof,” added Brussolo. “It means our customers can test, learn, and explore new production possibilities – all with the guidance of our experienced team.”

The official launch event for the Experience Hub is scheduled for February 2026, but customers are invited to book appointments now for personalised demonstrations and consultations.
