Canon Production Printing Oceania has appointed Rodden Graphics as a sales agent for the label and packaging sectors across Australia and New Zealand.
Rodden Graphics was founded in 2018 by industry veteran James Rodden. The company operates in the label and packaging solutions market and has represented Edale in Oceania for the past seven years, during which time it has placed systems in the region.
“Rodden Graphics brings a wealth of experience, deep market knowledge, and strong customer relationships to our label and packaging business,” said Craig Nethercott, managing director at Canon Production Printing Oceania.
“Their proven track record with both digital and conventional solutions makes them an ideal sales partner,” Nethercott said.
“Coupled with Canon’s significant service and support infrastructure across Oceania, this will enable us to support customers in achieving success with our label and packaging technologies.”
Rodden Graphics will work alongside Canon Production Printing Oceania to deliver consultative sales, installations, and after-sales service for label and packaging customers.
“We are proud to extend our collaboration with Canon Production Printing Oceania,” Rodden said.
“This appointment builds on our history with Edale and allows us to offer customers a portfolio that spans flexographic solutions to Canon’s groundbreaking LabelStream LS2000.
“Together, we’ll help manufacturers and converters across Oceania access the right technologies to future-proof their businesses.”
The appointment follows Canon Production Printing Oceania’s recent expansion of its product portfolio, which introduced the sale, installation, and servicing of Edale flexographic label and carton converting systems alongside the Canon LabelStream LS2000 digital label press.
With Canon’s expansion, Australian and New Zealand print service providers and converters now have access to a single-source supplier offering a range of Canon’s high-volume digital production inkjet systems, together with Edale’s flexographic solutions.
