CMYKhub has been named the Platinum Sponsor of the Ink & Innovation Masterclass, presented by the Visual Media Association (VMA) as part of the 2026 National Print Awards program.
The half-day masterclass will take place on Thursday 4 June 2026 at the InterContinental Hotel Brisbane, and is designed as a focused, results-driven forum which will bring together 100 senior print and visual media leaders.
International keynote speaker Jon Bailey, CEO of Precision Proco, chairman of WTTB and FOUND, and strategic advisor to Dscoop, will lead three masterclass sessions covering revenue growth, real-world applications of technology and AI, and building high-performance, people-first cultures.
The program will be facilitated by Kelvin Gage, a highly regarded industry leader with more than three decades of experience across operations, supply chain and global print leadership.
A dedicated lunch session will feature Bernardo Stalenoef, international account manager at GF Smith, exploring the commercial and creative value of materials and colour in print, and the role of supply partnerships in supporting business success.
CMYKhub’s sponsorship reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting the long-term success of independent print businesses in Australia.
“At CMYKhub, we’re seeing a shift in how print businesses think about production, capacity, and where best to allocate capital,” said Dayne Nankervis, CEO of CMYKhub.
“As technology investment accelerates, many business owners are rethinking where production is best held in-house, and where a partner model can unlock greater flexibility and efficiency. This masterclass brings together practical insight on how to grow margin through smarter decisions across sales, technology and people.
“We value any opportunity to share knowledge with our partners and have open conversations about how we collectively strengthen and future-proof the industry. As a trade-only business, our success is inherently aligned with the success of the customers we support.”
Nankervis will join the Q&A panel for Session 2 – focused on technology, automation and AI – contributing a practitioner’s perspective on large-scale production, workflow efficiency, and the evolving role of trade manufacturing in supporting independent print businesses.
CMYKhub operates as a national trade-only production partner, exclusively supporting print and graphic arts businesses across Australia.
Its continued investment in technology, including the digital sheetfed and label platforms, expanded offset capacity, and the introduction of soft signage, reflects a broader strategy to provide scalable production capability, while enabling customers to focus on growth.
CMYKhub will also host a presence in the event foyer, showcasing its production capability and partnership model through a curated display of print applications and materials.
“CMYKhub’s support reflects a strong commitment to the future of the industry and the businesses that operate within it,” said Kellie Northwood, CEO of the Visual Media Association.
“Having Dayne on the panel ensures attendees gain practical, real-world perspective as part of what will be a highly relevant and outcomes-focused discussion.”
The Ink & Innovation Masterclass forms part of the broader National Print Awards program, recognising excellence across Australia’s print, packaging, signage and visual communications sectors.
