Global smart workflow automation provider, Enfocus, has expanded its portfolio of accessible automation solutions with the introduction of Griffin+, an upgrade of its wide-format nesting software.
According to the company, Griffin+ delivers a high-performance, futureproof platform for signage and wide-format printers, with extended functionality to meet the complex demands of busy print environments.
“Griffin+ is built for customers who want to take their automation to the next level. This upgrade combines our innovation with valuable feedback from the industry, resulting in a solution that supports more artwork files, larger rolls, and advanced reporting,” said John Murphy, product manager at Enfocus.
“And, because Griffin+ shares the same installation package as Griffin, customers can upgrade seamlessly without additional training or documentation. With Griffin+, we’ve made flexible, accessible automation more powerful than ever.”
Supporting up to 500 products per job (compared with Griffin’s 100) the new software is engineered for diverse signage production where efficiency and adaptability are critical.
Griffin+ also accommodates print jobs up to 50 metres in length, a fivefold increase over Griffin, while introducing advanced reporting options including PDF, XML, JSON, and tiling reports to ensure enhanced visibility and control.
The platform’s upgraded engine now features advanced scheduling intelligence, enabling workflows to be triggered at specific times of day, enabling printers to align automation with peak production periods, streamlining operations, and reducing bottlenecks without additional complexity.
Griffin+ was developed in close collaboration with key resellers, including Australian-based Workflowz, whose insight and expertise helped shape its expanded functionality and user-focused enhancements.
