“Each year, the FESPA Leaders Program grows from strength to strength, so much so, that instead of the usual 12 candidates as in previous years, we’ve increased the 2025 cohort to 14 high calibre candidates,” said Nigel Davies, president of Fespa Australia.
“Our program has three clear objectives. First to elevate participants’ leadership skills through world-class coaching techniques. Second, to foster meaningful connections and networks among diverse leaders both locally and internationally. And third, to deepen participants’ understanding of the industry while providing a platform to engage in discussion on the critical issues facing our future. We are excited to welcome the 2025 cohort.”
The two-day leadership program immediately precedes the Fespa Annual Conference on 17 October at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney, which will continue to be a platform for leaders to participate and express their ideas on themes such transformational leadership, and youth engagement.
A key benefit to participants of the Leaders Program is the opportunity for two of the cohort to represent Fespa Australia at Fespa Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona, where they will gain new connections with industry experts across the world.
The program is made possible through the support of Diamond Sponsor Orafol; Durst and Easy Signs as Gold Sponsors; Cactus Imaging, IVE Group, Mimaki and Vivad as Silver Sponsors; and HVG Graphics Media and Ball & Doggett as Bronze Sponsors.
