Canon Production Printing (CPP) Australia has welcomed back Heath Burgess as partnerships development manager for Australia and New Zealand, marking what the company calls an exciting step in its continued regional growth.
In this role, Burgess will lead strategic partner engagement, working closely with Currie Group across ANZ, and Aarque Group in NZ. He will focus on driving momentum across CPP Australia’s production print portfolio, particularly the Canon Colorado and Arizona ranges.
“We’re delighted to welcome Heath back to the team,” said Steven Badger, head of sales and professional services.
“His experience, strong partner relationships, and customer-first approach make him a valuable addition as we continue to grow across ANZ.”
During Burgess’ previous tenure with CPP Australia, he played a key role in large format sales across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania, earning a reputation for his customer-first approach and technical expertise.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Burgess brings broad industry knowledge spanning office print, software solutions, cut-sheet production, and large format technologies.
Most recently, he served as regional manager (VIC/SA/TAS) at Finlease, helping technology providers unlock growth through innovative finance solutions.
“I’m thrilled to be returning to CPP Australia at such an exciting time,” said Burgess. “I look forward to working with our partners to drive growth, deliver great outcomes for customers, and build on the strong momentum already underway.”
Burgess' appointment comes at a pivotal time as CPP Australia builds on strong market momentum and expands its UVgel and inkjet portfolio, with new innovations on the horizon.
