Jet Technologies is accelerating its growth across Southeast Asia, capitalising on rising demand for digital embellishment, automation and advanced finishing solutions.
The company said the expansion comes as printers across the region modernise operations and seek new ways to stand out in an increasingly competitive market.
With more than a decade of experience in Indonesia and a growing presence in Vietnam, Jet Technologies said it is uniquely positioned to support printers across Southeast Asia as the industry undergoes rapid transformation.
According to the company, a sharp shift is underway as businesses move away from labour-intensive legacy processes and embrace more efficient, technology-driven solutions.
It also said that from digital print and finishing to advanced flexographic systems, printers are looking to streamline operations and unlock new creative potential, without adding complexity or cost.
“Printers in this region are hungry for innovation and eager to adopt technology that allows them to work smarter, not harder,” said Jack Malki, director at Jet Technologies.
“We’re seeing growing interest in solutions that offer both productivity gains and creative flexibility, particularly in areas like digital embellishment and automated finishing.
“At the centre of this shift is a growing interest in digital embellishment technology, where Jet Technologies has emerged as a market leader.”
The company said its Versatex Print Bar has generated unprecedented attention for its ability to replace traditional screen printing, allowing printers to easily add high-impact design elements that differentiate their offerings.
Automation is also seen as a close second in terms of industry focus, with many printers prioritising systems that minimise manual intervention, while increasing throughput and consistency.
Jet Technologies’ new Jet iQ finishing range is also said to have been met with strong demand across the region.
Covering everything from slitting, rewinding and inspection equipment to digital finishing lines and shrink sleeving machines, JetiQ is designed to give printers a modular, scalable path to greater productivity.
Multiple installations are now planned throughout Southeast Asia as the company deepens its footprint in key markets.
Printers are also seen to be responding to the increasing pressure to create a point of difference, through either standout visual design or through operational efficiency.
And, the company said that while sustainability is beginning to enter the conversation, particularly for those servicing multinational brand owners, the primary motivators remain speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Although, the company said that technologies which deliver both environmental and economic benefits, such as LED-UV curing and material down-gauging, are gaining traction.
“The pace of change in Southeast Asia has really accelerated over the last few years,” added Malki. “We’re inspired by the ambition of our clients in the region, and we’re committed to investing in the tools, training and local support they need to succeed.”
As Jet Technologies continues to build close relationships with printers throughout Southeast Asia, its investments in local support infrastructure remain a priority, the company says.
Demonstration centres in both Indonesia and Australia are said to play a critical role in bringing innovation closer to clients, with new equipment arriving to further expand hands-on access to the latest technology.
