Registrations are now open for Labelexpo Asia 2025, the largest event for the label and package printing industry in the Asia-Pacific region, which takes place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) on 2-5 December.
Labelexpo Asia 2025 organisers say the show will continue to deliver on a program tailored to “foster connection, education and business”.
Some of the key features include master classes on materials and digital printing, as well as a RAIN Encoding Master class, and dedicated spaces such as Smart Zone and an RFID trail.
The show will be the platform for a forum in partnership with CBE (China Beauty Expo), and the 2025 Label Forum with The Packaging Printing and Labelling Professional Committee of the China Packaging Federation.
There will also be further opportunities to accrue industry knowledge at partner events such as the AWA Alexander Watson Associates China Label and Release Liner Seminar 2025.
And, the show will continue to celebrate the industry by recognising its very best at the Label Industry China Awards.
“Labelexpo Asia 2025 is in a privileged position at the epicenter of global label market innovation, with Asia-Pacific consuming 45 per cent of the world's labels, and China driving 58 per cent of regional demand,” said Jade Grace, managing director of the Labelexpo Global Series.
“During its 22-year history, the show has grown as a leading industry platform to showcase the latest innovation and technology, and has become an essential platform where this pivotal market connects, learns, and advances together.”
The show will display a wealth of digital and flexographic printing technologies with exhibitors such as Weigang, Pulisi, Flora and GIP-Spande, who are all launching digital-flexo hybrid solutions.
The increasing interconnection of label printing and expansion into flexible packaging will also be a key technological trend presented on the show floor, such as Spande introducing its AC series printing line with web widths of 700-800mm, while Weigang, Zonten and Wanjie will show wider machines and promote the application of label printing technologies to flexible packaging.
“We’re thrilled to open registration for Labelexpo Asia 2025, which is set to be our largest and most innovative showcase yet for the label and package printing industry,” said Kevin Liu, China group director at Labels Group.
“This year's exhibition reflects the dynamic evolution we're seeing in the industry and takes place in the region with the world’s highest growth rates for all types of printed packaging.”
Labelexpo Asia 2025 is expected to attract over 450 exhibitors showcasing the industry’s most innovative technology across 40,000+ sqm, a 20 per cent increase from the 2023 iteration.
