The Outdoor Media Association (OMA) has added three new members, with Convenience Advertising and Adonix joining as media owner members, and Sovereign Valuations joining as an association member.

The association member category was introduced following this year's AGM to recognise businesses that provide specialist expertise to support the out of home industry.

Convenience Advertising operates a bathroom advertising network across more than 3,200 venues nationwide. Sovereign Valuations is an independent property valuation and consultancy firm with experience valuing and advising on out of home assets and infrastructure. Adonix operates digital billboards on taxis and rideshare vehicles.

Elizabeth McIntyre, chief executive officer at OMA, said the new members reflected the industry's continued evolution and diversity.

"The addition of these members further strengthens the OMA, reflecting the breadth of organisations contributing to Australia's thriving Out of Home industry and reinforcing the channel's continued momentum," she said.

"The OMA is proud to represent and advocate for an increasingly diverse cross-section of the industry as our membership continues to grow.

"As the industry evolves, so too does the OMA. Our membership is becoming increasingly representative of the broader Out of Home ecosystem, bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders to help shape the future of the channel."

David Stanley, director and acting chief executive officer at Convenience Advertising, said, "For 42 years, Convenience Advertising has believed that media performs best when it can be independently measured and transparently reported. That's why joining MOVE is such an important milestone. It provides advertisers with stronger evidence, greater accountability and a clearer understanding of the value that quality Out of Home environments deliver."

Peter Ferrier, director at Sovereign Valuations, said the company looked forward to contributing its expertise in property valuation and advisory services to support the industry.

"The Out of Home industry relies on strong specialist expertise across many disciplines. We're pleased to join the OMA and contribute our experience in property valuation and advisory services, helping support informed decision-making and the sustainable growth of the industry," he said.

Zahar Martin, chief executive officer at Adonix, said joining the OMA would allow the company to work with other members while expanding its digital transit media offering.

"It allows us to collaborate with industry leaders while continuing to expand the possibilities of digital transit media for advertisers across Australia. We are really looking forward to collaborating and innovating with the wider industry," he said.
