PACPRINT TRADE EXPO OPENS IN SYDNEY
The biggest event for ANZ print this year, PacPrint, is up and running in Sydney, and welcoming print business owners and managers from Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Being held for the first time in Sydney, where it succeeds the former PrintEx show, PacPrint 2025 is co-located with sign and display expo Visual Impact, and with the Labels & Packaging Expo, meaning visitors are able to check out various diversification options under one roof.
The show was opened by PacPrint chair Kirsten Taylor of Taylor'd Press, who spoke passionately about the printing industry, its opportunities, technology and progress.
PacPrint 2025 is this year’s premier event for the print, signage, and graphic communications industry, bringing together 90 exhibitors with thought leaders and industry professionals from around the country. The organisers say that whether you’re looking for the latest technology, valuable networking opportunities, or expert insights on industry trends, PacPrint 2025 has something for everyone.
Across the show floor exhibitors are showing advanced printing, signage, and packaging solutions with leading innovations and technologies. From digital innovations and automation, to sustainable printing technologies, and software solutions, show visitors have plenty to see and discuss.
With sustainability as a key focus, PacPrint 2025 is highlighting eco-friendly printing technologies, including biodegradable substrates and water-based inks, energy-efficient printing systems that reduce waste, as well as eco-certifications and best practices for sustainable print operations. Attendees are learning how going green can not only benefit the environment, but also open new business opportunities.
PacPrint is showcasing the most advanced digital innovations shaping the future of print, with AI-driven design software that enables hyper-personalised print solutions, Augmented Reality (AR) & Virtual Reality (VR) applications for interactive print marketing, cloud-based workflow systems that streamline project management and collaboration, and predictive analytics to minimise downtime and optimise print production.
The Forum Programme at PacPrint 2025 is packed with thought leadership sessions, expert panels, and interactive discussions featuring local and international speakers..
PacPrint runs to Friday 23 May, and is being held at the Sydney Showgrounds in Homebush, the location of the acclaimed Sydney Olympics, which has plenty of parking, train connections to Sydney, and several food and beverage facilities.
