Victorian-based commercial printer, Revolution Print, has launched a new online retail platform delivering custom-printed and laser-cut sticker sheets across Australia – becoming an example of how local print providers can integrate automation, workflow intelligence, and e-commerce to reach new markets.
The company said the creation of StickySheets.com.au is the result of significant investments in world-leading print technology and strategic partnerships across the industry – including collaborations with Konica Minolta Australia, printIQ, Infigo, Enfocus Switch, and Ball & Doggett.
These partnerships have enabled the seamless connection of print, prepress, and fulfilment workflows, which the company said creates a truly automated customer-to-press experience.
“StickySheets.com.au is what happens when you get the right tech, the right materials, and the right software all talking to each other properly,” said Leon Wilson, director of Revolution Print.
“We've built a system where someone can design their stickers online, get instant pricing, approve their proof, and we'll have it printed, cut, and packed with very limited human touches. That's the kind of thing that gets print geeks excited.”
The platform offers a growing range of over 300 sticker shapes each offering 3+ sizes, 15+ stock materials, and no minimum order requirements, all with Australia-wide delivery included.
Each order is automatically processed through a fully integrated production workflow — from online proofing via Infigo, job management via printIQ, file automation through Enfocus Switch, and print production on Konica Minolta digital presses, using premium materials from Ball & Doggett.
Revolution Print’s vision for StickySheets.com.au is ambitious – the company is targeting 1000 orders per day, every day – a goal made achievable by the deep automation and technology investments underpinning the platform.
"Some people think we're dreaming, but we've built a system that can handle it,” Wilson explained.
“The automation is that good, the team is that capable, and the partnerships are that strong. When everything's working together properly, volume isn't scary, it’s exciting."
And, more importantly, Wilson said that behind the technology sites a team that is “world-class in every sense”.
“The tech is impressive, sure, but none of this happens without our people," he said. "We've built a culture where everyone obsesses over the one per cent – the details that most would overlook. That shared commitment to making things better, that's what turns 'impossible' into 'done'.”
Wilson concluded by saying that on top of extending Revolution Print’s capabilities, StickySheets.com.au serves as a blueprint for the modern print business, showing how regional printers can scale nationally through smart automation, strong partnerships, and a people-first culture.
