Roland DG Australia will run its Roland Academy Online Training Series for 2026 from 17 July to 14 August, with weekly online sessions covering printer operation, colour management, cutting, UV printing and the Roland DG Connect platform.

Now in its seventh year, the online training program is designed for Roland DG users of all experience levels. Topics include VersaWorks configuration, printer calibration and maintenance, advanced cutting techniques, colour management and profile selection, specialist UV printing features, and using the Roland DG Connect platform and its modules.

The one to two-hour sessions will be delivered online in groups of up to 12 participants.

Greg Stone, marketing and product manager at Roland DG Australia, said the training series continues to focus on the topics customers consider most important.

"Over the past seven years, Roland Academy Online has become an invaluable resource for our customers, helping them get more from their equipment and streamline their production workflows," Stone said.

"The 2026 courses continue to focus on the topics most important to our customers, delivering practical, hands-on knowledge that can immediately improve efficiency, productivity and output quality."

The 2026 schedule comprises:

  • 17 July: Basics (120 minutes, $49 incl. GST)
  • 24 July: Advanced Features: Cutting (120 minutes, $49 incl. GST)
  • 31 July: Advanced Features: Understanding Colour (90 minutes, $39 incl. GST)
  • 7 August: Advanced Features: Understanding Profiles (60 minutes, $29 incl. GST)
  • 14 August: Flatbed UV Printing (120 minutes, $49 incl. GST)

Roland DG said the training series has been running since 2020 and has supported hundreds of its customers through online training. Attendance is limited to 12 participants per session.
