Spandex Australia has officially transitioned to new ownership under Spicers Australia, marking a significant milestone for both businesses.
Spicers and Spandex will continue to operate independently, as they do today. For customers, this means it is very much business as usual, with no changes to day-to-day contacts, product portfolio, service, or trading terms.
Ben Clarke, general manager of Spandex Australia, said the priority remains firmly on customers.
“We are truly excited for our customers with this opportunity. We understand and recognise the importance of continuity in our service model moving forward – with the same team, the same expertise, the same portfolio of market leading products and the same commitment from us they rely on every day,” said Clarke.
Darren Milligan, executive general manager of Signet and Visual Communications, added: “We’re very pleased to welcome the Spandex Australia team to the Spicers Australia family.
“We look forward to building a strong future – firmly focused on how we can best deliver enhanced value for all customers.”
