Women in Print Australia has appointed Nicole Jandik, sales manager at IVE Group, as secretary following a board vote held from 20 to 21 October.

The appointment, made in accordance with Rule 19 of the Association’s Rules, follows the resignation of Irene Daws as interim secretary. Daws remains on the board as an ordinary member and continues to chair the Sponsorships Committee.

A full member of Women in Print Australia, Jandik also serves as a volunteer on the NSW Committee alongside patron for NSW/ACT Karen Lawler. Members in New South Wales will have the opportunity to meet her at the Print & Prosecco event in Sydney on 30 October.

With more than 20 years of experience across print, packaging and sales management, Jandik began her career in customer service and production before moving into sales. At IVE Group, she focuses on client relationships, team development and collaboration across the business.

An advocate for professional growth and inclusion, Jandik is the Women in Print ambassador for IVE and has supported initiatives in mental health, workplace culture and continuous improvement. She was also a major finalist in the 2025 Women in Industry category at the National Print Awards.

“It’s an honour to step into this role and continue supporting the organisation’s mission,” Jandik said. “Women in Print is built on connection and shared purpose, and I look forward to contributing to the next chapter of its growth.”

Board chair Stephanie Gaddin said the board was pleased to welcome Jandik and thanked Daws for her service.
“Nicole's experience and commitment to collaboration make her an asset to the board,” Gaddin said. “I’d also like to extend our gratitude to Irene for her time, care and professionalism in supporting Women in Print.”
