Women in Print Australia will hold its next Print & Prosecco networking evening in Adelaide on Wednesday 1 October 2025, following the first event in Brisbane last week.
The Adelaide session will feature an informal networking program combined with a printmaking mini-class, where guests will produce and take home a postcard print. The workshop will be delivered by Stone & Quoin, a collaborative studio working with Union St Printmakers and the local arts community. Guests will learn kitchen print – also known as kitchen lithography – which uses everyday materials to create a printed image.
The event will be supported by Bowden Print Group as print partner, with Prosecco supplied by MCC Label. Ally Sponsors Ricoh Australia and Durst Oceania are providing ongoing support for the Print & Prosecco series.
Stephanie Gaddin, chair of Women in Print Australia, said the evenings are designed to be “deliberately informal” and focus on peer connections. “They’re about meeting peers, casual networking, and coming together for a fun evening out, and Adelaide always turns on a warm welcome. This time, everyone leaves with a postcard they’ve printed themselves,” she said.
Diana Nikolic, from Ball & Doggett and South Australian patron for Women in Print, said the Adelaide event reflects the local industry. “Adelaide’s print community is collaborative and curious. Print & Prosecco gives us a relaxed space to reconnect, welcome new faces and celebrate the craft that brings us together,” she said.
The Adelaide gathering will be hosted at Pony & Cole from 6-9pm. Tickets are $39 per person, or $35 for members, and include a glass of Prosecco on arrival, nibbles, a mini printmaking class with materials, and a take-home postcard. Bookings are available here.
