Women in Print Australia will introduce associate memberships from 1 January 2026, following approval by the board.

The new category will extend eligibility to people across the broader graphic communications and related industries including men and supporters outside the print sector, who align with the organisation’s purpose and values. It is intended for those who want to participate in the community but do not meet the criteria for full membership.

Associate members will receive the same benefits as full members, except for voting rights at the annual general meeting or standing for board election. The annual fee will remain $89 plus GST for both categories throughout 2026.

Membership benefits include discounted and early-access tickets to events and webinars, free tickets to selected webinars, up to $600 discounted pricing for the two-day Executive Leadership Program with Jo Wise Leadership, discounted pricing for individual leadership coaching with Jo Wise, and free access to paced-learning webinars and leadership video content through the member portal.

Stephanie Gaddin, board chair at Women in Print, said, “Introducing associate memberships is a practical and thoughtful step for Women in Print. It allows us to welcome supporters who stand with us, who want to participate in our programmes and events, and who contribute to the strength of our community, without altering the governance structures designed specifically for women and non-binary professionals in our industry.

“Our goal has always been to build a connected, empowered and inclusive community. Associate memberships give us a way to acknowledge and include the male allies who champion our work while keeping our focus clear and our purpose intact. It’s an important evolution for the organisation as we continue to grow.”

Registrations for associate memberships open on the Women in Print website from 1 January 2026.
