Women in Print will hold its first Executive Leadership Program in Melbourne on 11–12 August, with a focus on leadership development for women and non-binary professionals already working in senior roles across the print, packaging and visual communications sectors.
Packaging professionals in leadership positions are among those encouraged to attend the two-day program, which includes face-to-face coaching, workshops, peer collaboration and a Leadership Dinner designed to connect participants with senior industry executives.
“This is for leaders who are already in motion, those who’ve stepped up and now want to sharpen how they show up,” said Stephanie Gaddin, chair of Women in Print Australia. “If you're navigating change, growing your team, or shifting gears into executive leadership, this program is built for you.”
The program will be led by Jo Wise, master certified executive coach, and will cover topics such as leadership style and values-based decision making, personal brand and voice, performance strategies, and developing a personalised leadership growth plan.
Participants will also draft a Leadership Manifesto and have access to mentoring opportunities. Each registration includes two seats at the Annual Leadership Dinner, where guests can network with industry leaders and executives from Women in Print’s Ally Sponsors.
According to Gaddin, the cohort has been kept deliberately small to ensure “individual support and peer engagement”. A limited number of places remain, with discounted rates available for Women in Print members and group bookings of three or more.
