PICA and National Print Awards dates released

Print & Visual Communication Association has released the key dates for next year’s PICAs and National Print Awards, with print’s night of nights set to run during PacPrint in Melbourne next September.

The PVCA is planning on returning to in-person events for the 2021 awards season for both the state-based PICAs and the main National Awards, following a year in which everything was live streamed.

The National Print Awards gala dinner will take place on the Thursday of next year’s PacPrint, the industry’s big local show which runs every four years. It was pushed back to September when drupa was rescheduled from June this year to next April.

The PICA awards evenings will take place in July kicking off in South Australia, and running through July.

Entries open on 1 February, with a call for entries to be expected via post, in January, detailing all the categories, entry fees and information.

The 2021 awards theme is Print Perfection, with hashtag #PVCAPrintPerfection the source of information
