Sales Manager – Sign & Display

Management (Sales) Full time role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager – Sign & Display to join our sales team.
This role focuses on maintaining and growing our sign & display portfolio across Australia & New Zealand.
At Currie Group, we proudly represent market leading industry brands in Sign & Display such as EFI, Canon, Epson, Elitron and Neolt Factory.
Our comprehensive range of equipment, consumables, and support services enables us to offer fully integrated print solutions to our customers across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to manage existing customer relationships while proactively seeking new business opportunities both individually and through the National Sales Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and Educate the National Sales Teams in both Australia and New Zealand with respect to Sign & Display.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert customers from competitors.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
- Conduct demonstrations for customers at our demo centres.
- Support stock forecasting and ordering processes.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive growth in the region.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Proven sales management experience in the printing industry (5+ years preferred).
- A strong understanding of sign & display segment.
- Experience selling capital equipment and consumables (highly advantageous).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
- The ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
- A professional and customer-focused attitude.
