EyeC will unveil its new ProofRunner Evo for the first time at Labelexpo Europe 2025, bringing to market a scalable inline inspection solution designed to evolve with customer needs.
The modular system allows users to start with an affordable base configuration and upgrade seamlessly to the more powerful HighLight or HighLight UHD variants as requirements change, without altering the existing hardware. A high-resolution 4K colour line scan camera ensures pixel-accurate inspection, while a flexible lighting concept allows quick and easy replacement of lighting units.
Powered by advanced AI technology, the ProofRunner Evo delivers intelligent, content-based defect classification. The system accurately identifies and categorises relevant quality deviations while filtering out insignificant variances, enabling faster inspection speeds and a significantly reduced false positive rate.
