HP Indigo, represented in ANZ by Currie Group, will use Labelexpo Europe 2025 to showcase its latest advances in digital label and packaging printing. The company will present a broad portfolio of solutions designed to help converters align production to the most efficient press and address market demands for shorter runs, multiple SKUs, and faster turnaround times.

The centrepiece of HP Indigo’s stand will be the global debut of the HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press, joined by demonstrations of the high-volume HP Indigo V12 and the latest developments in HP PrintOS and HP Nio workflow software.

The HP Indigo 6K+ builds on the established 6K platform, of which more than 2300 units are installed worldwide. The new model introduces a SmartControlSystem with intelligent automation features, AI-driven workflow tools, and enhanced press robustness aimed at maximising uptime and productivity.

With increased media versatility and scalability, the 6K+ has been designed as a future-ready platform that can adapt to changing converter and brand requirements. According to HP Indigo, the press will be available globally from July 2025.

Designed for a changing market

As the label and packaging sector faces growing demand for customisation, versioning, and faster time-to-market, digital print technologies are playing a larger role in production strategies. The 6K+ aims to provide converters with greater flexibility to manage diverse job requirements while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.

“The HP Indigo 6K+ is intended to help converters manage an increasingly wide range of applications with automation and scalability at its core,” said Noam Zilbershtain, VP & General Manager, HP Indigo.

Beyond the press: workflow and high-volume solutions

Alongside the 6K+, HP Indigo will demonstrate:

  • HP Indigo V12 – a high-volume label press designed for nonstop digital production.
  • HP PrintOS & HP Nio – workflow and automation software providing end-to-end control, performance insights, and tools to optimise production.

Live demonstrations across the stand will highlight how these solutions can be integrated to address both productivity and creative requirements in label and packaging production.
