Label giant CCL is launching a new online ordering platform, which it says will provide a personalised experience for its customers, and drive increased conversions, retention and value.

The world’s biggest label company is now using a versatile personalisation platform from Fresh Relevance to power personalised experiences for its customers online.

It says by selecting Fresh Relevance to power personalisation across its website and email marketing, CCL Label will be providing its customers with “a more engaging and tailored” online experience. The business will take advantage of the feature set within the Fresh Relevance platform, including website personalisation, triggered emails, and behavioural targeting.
