Label printers working for the wine sector are raising the glasses in expectations of bumper orders, following a record-breaking year on the vines, which saw two million tonnes of grapes crushed for the first time.

Just a week after it instigated the purchase of the ANZ Hexagon labels businesses for $381m, the world’s biggest label printer, MCC, has itself been sold, and will be rolled into a giant new operation.
