10th Annual SWUG Conference

The 10th annual SWUG conference (that was deferred in 2009) will now be held at the Wairakei Resort, Taupo on 13 (1/2 day), 14 and 15th (Golf day) October 2010.

This SWUG conference will be held immediately after the Print NZ conference for 2010 which will be held on 11th – 13th October at the same venue.

The topic of the 10th Annual SWUG conference is: 'Where to from here? Looking forward, future technology.'

There will be presentations on UV printing, Heatset/coldest inline printing, Press upgrades, Chemical free plate technology, Post press equipment, among other presentations on new developments in the Print industry by those involved in the Industry and those who supply to the Industry.

Other components of this conference will be:

SWUG Awards for printing excellence
Speakers covering a wide range of topics i.e. Health and Safety, Print Industry trends, Business trends and more.

Don’t forget the opportunity that this conference presents in networking with fellow industry members and suppliers.

More information will follow and you will be updated with the next newsletter distributed in March which will contain registration forms, questionnaires and other relevant information.

The 15th October (3rd day of conference) is put aside for the first inaugural SWUG Ambrose Golf day so start thinking about who will be a member of your team consisting of 4 people. (In the event of 4 people from your site not attending, teams will be made up).
