Account Manager – Consumables, New Zealand

In an time where our consumables business is continuing to enjoy success and further expanding and evolving to a more strategic approach, a unique opportunity has arisen for a sales professional for the position of Account Manager Consumables, based in Auckland. As the key driver for the NZ Consumables business, this position is responsible for providing a high level of internal and external customer service by effectively developing, managing and maintaining customer relationships in an allocated territory, with a focus on ensuring a professional and consultative approach to develop customer solutions for consumable products.

The successful candidate will have sound sales experience in a consumables environment, ideally with exposure to high ticket capital equipment, in either the Graphic Arts or similar industry. Extensive experience in structuring and selling sales agreements and demonstrated ability to develop, build and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally at all levels is pivotal to this role. You will posses natural sales ability which is illustrated through your track record. Computer literacy and proficiency is essential, including the use of Customer databases, along with a driver’s license, is essential.

This position is of a permanent full time nature, based in Auckland.  Some travel throughout New Zealand and internationally may be necessary.  Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience of the successful candidates and local employment terms and conditions apply.
