Doculink Australia is a well established and growing digital printing company located in Port Melbourne. Specialising in the supply of courseware, training, reference and marketing materials we also manage a wide variety of offset and other products in our role of communications solutions provider. Our clients are amongst Australia's leading and most well known companies.

We have an opportunity for an internal Account Manager within our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of and manage own client base

  • Establish and manage key client relationships

  • Client liaison via phone, email and occasional face-to-face meetings

  • Take client briefs for quotation and print requests

  • Provide consultation and technical advice to clients on print projects

  • Briefing Estimating and Production regarding clients requirements

  • Processing of all production orders for own clients

  • Maximising opportunities for organic growth within own client base


Your skills and attributes:

  • Knowledge of digital print processes a must

  • Offset and other production knowldege will be highly regarded

  • Up-to-date computer literacy

  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload

  • Enjoy working autonomously and also as part of a small team

  • Remain calm under pressure and keep your sense of humour

  • Strong phone mannerism and excellent communication skills

  • Good personal presentation

  • Commitment to providing outstanding levels of quality, service and client care
