Adstream signs licensing agreement with Automation
Advertising company Adstream acquires the license to market all applications developed by workflow group Automation.
The new agreement sees Adstream market Automation's solutions exclusively within both Australia and New Zealand while Adstream Holdings has the rights to market the solutions globally through its operations in the UK, Europe and Asia.
The two companies have worked together before and realised the synergies that could be developed through an ongoing relationship. "We have been working exclusively with Adstream for quite some time on integrating our workflow and asset management solutions because we encounter each other in the market and share a similar vision," said Darin Lloyd, managing director of Automation.
Similar thoughts were echoed on behalf of Adstream's managing director, Peter Miller who foresees a strong future ahead. "Darin and his team at Automation have impressed us with their understanding of complexities in modern campaign management; both businesses have excellent solutions," he said.
"This deal means we can get the multiplier effect from the services and also the people. These include six experienced developers which will give us increased development and customisation firepower."
