FREE Market Worth Appraisal of Your Print Business.
A lot of our work as a business agent and consultant to the industry is providing business owners with a Market Worth Appraisal of their printing companies.
For 75% of businesses we can provide this over the phone within 10 minutes, a service we are now providing for FREE.
We ask the following 10 Questions:
1. What type of printer are you?
2. What’s your turnover?
3. What’s your profitability?
4. What major machinery do you have? What approximate age are they?
5. What do you / related parties, take out of the business?
6. What are the trends in your business in terms of sales and GP?
7. How many staff do you have?
8. What turnover do your top 5 customers provide, and what type of customers are they?
9. Where are you located?
10. Do you own or lease the premises? If leased, under what terms, when does the lease expire?
That’s it. We’ll tell you fairly on (usually at about at the end of question 4) if you fit into the 25% category where we can’t provide that Market Worth Appraisal over the phone.
Obviously, to provide a more accurate estimate we need to do a lot more analysis, and for that we charge a fee, and provide a written document. So if you want to get a gauge on where your business lies, we have the expertise, backed by over 20 industry related business sales, to provide a good guiding estimate.
A word of warning though; what we provide will be based on the current market, and what current real buyers are paying. So, obviously there are many that will not be pleased with what we’re quoting as their business’s market worth.
We really can’t help that, but firmly believe that if more printers know the REAL WORTH of their business, then they can develop steps and strategies to increase that worth. We can help develop those strategies as well.
All discussions are held within the strictest of confidence, and are without obligation.
