Allpoints merges with Australian Graphic Servicing
Australian Graphic Servicing expands with the purchase of print consumables supplier, Allpoints.
Glenn Maynard, managing director of the Melbourne-based company, believes that buying Allpoints will strengthen the company’s portfolion of products. “We are pleased to announce to acquisition of Allpoints,” he said. “They are a terrific company and will enhance our current business perfectly, enabling us to offer a wider range of services to our customers.”
Eight-year-old Allpoints is also based in Melbourne and services customers throughout Victoria and southern NSW. Owners, Lindsay and Diane Banks, were happy to become a part of AGS, due to the synergies that exist between both companies.

Head of AGS sales and marketing, Ross Gilberthorpe, confirmed that “there will no very little change to the current way we do business” as staff from Allpoints make their way to the AGS headquarters. “The most important thing to do is to ensure that all of our customers continue to be serviced at the highest level possible,” he said.
“It’s all about personal one-on-one service. AGS and Allpoints are renowned for this and I strongly believe in knowing who you are dealing with and not just being a number in the system.”
Together, the newly merged company will consist of 11 technicians, five sales staff and six customer service members.
