Amir Hyster resigns from Argus Solutions board

Major Argus Solutions Limited shareholder, Amir Hyster, leaves board, while CEO, David Glavonjic, also stands down from his board position.

Hyster, who quickly became the subject of controversial media attention when Paragon Printing in Wodonga entered administration in March this year, resigned from the Argus board last week. He will now be represented by Trent Harris, who will act as a non-executive director.

Glavonjic, (pictured) has also stood down from the board, but will still remain as chief executive officer of the company.

In their place, three new appointments have taken place: John R Lee, Leo Moio and Trent Harris who will each act as independent directors. According to David Paterson, chairman, the board will consist of four directors, with the fourth set to be appointed over the next six months.

“ASV (Argus Solutions)’s main operating subsidiary, Moore Australasia, is continuing to develop and implement technology-based solutions to create an environment for improved workflow processes that integrate into existing proprietary information management systems,” he said.

“With an expanded service offering and a renewed focus on unlocking value associated with our considerable intellectual property, we plan to increase our earnings capacity with existing clients and expand our market share.”

Paragon Printing was picked up by Print Media Group with an interest from Argus.
