Anitech brings Sepiax inks to Australia

Sepiax inks set to flow into Australia through partnership with Anitech.

The European manufacturer and supplier of water-based resin inks for inkjet printing has chosen Anitech as its local distributor.

Barry Grant, general manager at Anitech, sees the distributorship as a significant win for the company. “We were delighted to win the distributorship for Sepia inks, as we already know that a lot of interest has been shown in these products by Australian printers,” he said. “The inks fit will with our policy to bring unique and revolutionary new systems to the Australian market.”

According to Stewart Partridge, (pictured) sales director for the region, Sepiax looked at a number of potential partners before finally settling on Anitech. “They also appear very good guys to work with on a personal level,” he said. “We look forward to fully supporting their efforts in Australia.”

The new ‘aquares’ inks will be officially launched at next week’s Visual Impact Expo. Patridge expects to eventually see a strong local take-up.

“We know that it will take a little while for Anitech to complete their tests and make the right decisions,” he said. “That’s okay – we are coming to Australia for the long-term and both Anitech and ourselves want happy customers.”
