Description:
The services to be provided include, but are not limited to:
Printing and related services including:

  1. sheet fed, large offset, small offset, large format display, web and digitally printed products, and related packaging, binding services and delivery;
  2. tax time printing and distribution services.  This is a discreet, complex printing and distribution project undertaken annually by the tax office.  It is intended that these services will be procured from the panel that will be established as an outcome of this RFT.
  3. mail-out services which for particular mail-out campaigns may include, but would not be limited to laser printing, collating, packaging, addressing and distribution.  A mail-out campaign would be the mail-out of a quantity of letters or packages to selected businesses, taxpayers or tax agents or others as required within the Australian community.
  4. CD/DVD/BD/HD-DVD replications services;
  5. Other similar and associated services.

Timeframe for delivery:  initial standing offer period of 3 years plus 3 option of 1 year each.

Description
The mission of the Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) is to conduct an effective, economical and efficient prosecution service as an intergral part of the criminal justice system.  The service must meet community expectations of fairness, impartiality and independance in the application of criminal law.  In carrying out its mission the OPP provides evidence in the form of audio visual images to support prosecutions.  Currently the OPP prepare audio visual evidence using analogue technology.  There is a need, however, to replace the current technology with digital technology.
