Rail Corporation New South Wales (RailCorp) invites tenders for the supply of the following Services:
Rail Corporation New South Wales operates passenger train services throughout New South Wales.
The continuity of supply, and the timeliness of providing the trackwork posters is critical to the services provided to customers and passengers.
The purpose of this Tender therefore is to secure a suitable supplier, that can provide cost effective, efficient and timely printing of the the trackwork posters as described in Part D of this Request for Tender (RFT), for use by passengers of the CityRail Network.
Tenderers need to be aware that operational constraints may require RailCorp to provide less than the optimum amount of notice concerning the printing of urgent requirements.? To cater for these circumstances, RailCorp requires Tenderers to clearly demonstrate their ability to secure faster turnaround in the Tender Schedule B4 - Performance Period.
The Supply Agreement period is 24 months from the date of acceptance, with two optional extension of 12 months each, at the absolute discretion of RailCorp.
Pre-Tender Briefings will be held on Wednesday, 19th September 2007 at the Discovery Meeting Room on the Concourse, near the West Wing Entrance, Central Railway Station, Sydney at 9.30am. Only one person from the Company may attend. Prior confirmation of attendance must made by calling Mr Peter Andrews on Ph. No. (02) 8202 2885.

Title: Request for EOI for the Supply & Manufacture of Specialist
Business Forms for Communication Arts

Description:
Communication Arts is seeking to tender the majority of its specialist
business forms print spend, in the region of NZ$1.4 million per annum.
Generally, this spend fits into the following capability categories:
Basic Forms (SemiSmart)
Special Forms (Smart)
Complex Forms (Smart with special finishing)
Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are sought from Suppliers who are capable
of manufacturing business forms from within some or all of the above
categories.
Information provided in the EOIs will be used to compile a short-list of
appropriate suppliers that Communication Arts will invite to respond to
a Closed Tender. Any contract, or contracts, that may result from this
Tender process will be segmented based on manufacturing price points,
capability and capacity of suppliers in the market, with no contract
being less than NZ$100,000 per annum in value.
Please note that only manufacturers will be short listed for the Tender
process, and that for the purposes of this EOI brokers will not be
considered.
