Description
This Request for Applications for Inclusion (RAI) is for printing and production services only across 16 different Categories of Service, which include:

a) Commercial printing services in both black and colour, by digital and offset (both sheet fed and web fed) methods;
b) Security printing;
c) Specialist printing;
d) Forms production services
e) Promotional items;
f) Customised polypropylene products;
g) Other specialist production services;
h) Finishing services for all printing types; and
i) Initial distribution services of products.
The following related services are out of scope for the project:
a) Print management services;
b) Creative and design services;
c) Warehousing and distribution services (except in relation to initial distribution, see Part 3 – Statement of Requirement);
d) Personalisation and mailing services;
e) The production of bulk envelopes; and
f) The production of plastic cards.

Other Instructions
As required by the CPGs the MUL is now being re-advertised to invite new Applications.

Applications are sought from:
a) Organisations that wish to become members of the MUL for the first time;
b) Existing members of the MUL that wish to retain their membership; and
c) Existing members of the MUL that wish to apply for more Categories of Service.
Existing members of the MUL must respond to this RAI if they wish to retain their membership.
