Description    
The outcome that IP Australia is seeking from this RFT is a service provider that can provide a Print, Warehouse and Distribution services that meet IP Australia’s business requirement, whilst providing value for money in conjunction with the services offered or to be performed.

More particularly, IP Australia will require the tenderer to:

• provide an internet ordering system that can be accessed by the general public and IP Australia staff, who are located nation wide.

• provide a secure online access for IP Australia staff to order certain print items e.g. product orders over a specified quantity.

• produce printed products, pick, pack and distribute each order to various ad hoc locations nationally.

Other Instructions
This service can be performed at any location within the country, as long as the offered service is compliant to Part 1 clause 3.1.3 of this RFT.

Timeframe for Delivery:  12 months with two optional extensions of up to 12 months each.
